With a wealth of culinary experience from four generations of cooks and restaurateurs, I wanted to pay tribute to the “Jeanies” in my family.
My inspiration: dishes coming directly from my childhood memories of this gourmet and generous cuisine which inspired the epicurean that I have become!
Accompanied by our Victorian chef, we look forward to taking you back to memories of our grandmothers’ yesteryear cuisine.
